To the maximum extent permitted by law, EUON's total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland.
