1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all consulting services purchased from EUON.live ("EUON", "we", "us"). By purchasing a service, you agree to the terms set out below.
2. 14-day right of withdrawal
In line with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of payment, provided that the service has not yet been performed or started with your explicit consent. To exercise this right, email today@euon.live with your order details.
3. Refunds before work begins
If you cancel before any consultation has taken place and no documents have been prepared, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 calendar days.
4. Refunds after work has started
Once a consultation is delivered or documents are prepared on your behalf, the relevant portion of the fee is non-refundable. Any unused portion of the service may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at EUON's reasonable discretion.
5. Non-refundable items
Government fees, embassy fees, translation costs, courier costs, and any third-party charges paid on your behalf are non-refundable.
6. Outcomes
EUON provides consulting services and does not guarantee any specific outcome from immigration authorities or governmental bodies. A negative decision by any authority is not grounds for a refund.
7. How to request a refund
Send a refund request to today@euon.live with your name, order date, and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
